Overview

‘Coorg & Ooty Tour' is the well-designed itinerary which gives you the chance to explore the amazing places in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu: Along with that you will also explore the Ooty which is located on the foothill of Nilgiri, on the height of about 2,240 meter above sea level, it is the most beautiful hill station, located in Tamil Nadu. It is one of the most picturesque place renown for tea and coffee plantation. Apart from this you will also get an opportunity to explore Coorg. Enjoy the sightseeing’s of the city and enjoy the ride of Nilgiri Toy Train.

Tour Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Bengaluru (By Flight) – Coorg (Approx 245 Kms / 5-6 hrs)

Arrival at Bengaluru and drive to Coorg. Coorg is a famous tourist attraction of Karnataka and is also known as Kodagu. Coorg is spread in an area of around 4000 square Kilometers and is located in the eastern slopes of Western Ghats. Coorg is rich in the natural resources which included timber and spices. Coorg is a hilly terrain with the highest peak of Tadiandamol which highs around 5740 ft. Arrive Coorg in the noon and check into the hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 2 Coorg Sightseeing

Tour Highlight: Buddhist Monastery in Bylekuppe, Nisaragadhama and Dubare

After breakfast, enjoy your visit to Buddhist Monastery in Bylekuppe, Nisaragadhama and Dubare Elephant Camp. Return to the hotel later in the noon. Rest of the day free at leisure. Overnight stay in the hotel

Day 3 Coorg – Ooty (Approx 230 Kms / 6-7 hrs)

Tour Highlights: Ooty Lake & Botanical Garden.

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and proceed towards Ooty. Arrive Ooty later in the noon and check into the hotel. After some relaxation, enjoy your visit to Ooty Lake & Botanical Garden. You may also indulge in some shopping at the local market.

Day 4 Ooty – Coonoor – Ooty (Day Excursion to Coonoor)

After breakfast, enjoy a day trip to Coonoor. In Coonoor enjoy visit to Sim’s park, Lamb’s rock and Dolphin’s nose. Return to the hotel later in the evening.

Overnight stay in Ooty.

Day 5 Ooty – Mysore (Approx 125 Kms / 2 - 3 Hrs)

After breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive to Mysore. Rest of the day free for leisure and sightseeing. Return to the hotel later in the evening.

Day 6 Mysore – Bengaluru drop (Approx 145 Kms / 3 - 4 Hrs)
