Chaukari is an amazing hill station in the state of Uttarakhand surrounded by the Himalayan peaks and lush greenery. This region has not much sightseeing to seeis a lesser known tourist destination. Chaukori is known for its Hindu temples. It is a perfect place for trekkers, nature trailers and skiers. Chaukori is a peaceful hamlet of the Kumaon Hills of Uttarakhand. It is a place where the dreamers can turn their imaginations into real. Chaukori is also known as ‘Eastern Bowl of Kumaon’. From here tourist can see the unbound view of the Nanda Devi and Panchchuli peaks.Mountains are the beginning and the end of all-natural scenery. Surrounded by tea gardens one can sip a cup of flavored tea enjoying nature. There’s are lot of cheerfulness in changing scenery.

  • Nakuleshwar Temple, Chaukori: Nakuleshwar Temple is another famous temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. This temple has an architectural style like Khajuraho that attracts tourist from all over India.
  • Dharamghar, Chaukori: Tourist can have a splendid view of the stimulating Himalayas from here which is situated 9km from Chaukori.
