Mohali is one of the most popular city and a commercial hub of Haryana. The officially known as SAS Nagar “City of Sahibzada Ajit Singh" which was named after Sahibzada Ajit Singh, the eldest son of Guru Gobind Singh. Mohali is a pre-historic city. As per archaeological evidences, the city was associated with Harappan civilization about 8000 years ago. The city is located at the west of Chandigarh. Mohali is world famous for the Mohali Cricket Stadium that plays a host to many domestic and international matches and offers the various other facilities as well such as of swimming pool, practice nets and health club. 

Main Attractions
  • Gurudwara Amb Sahib, Mohali: It has immense historical and cultural significance and is thus a must visit for tourists. As per legends, Bhai Kuram Ji of Kabul travelled to Amritsar to seek the blessings of the 5th Sikh Guru, Guru Arjan Dev Ji. The site of this Gurdwara to fulfil the promise of his great grandfather, Guru Arjan Dev Ji.
  • Mansa Devi Temple, Mohali: It is situated in the Panchkula district of Haryana and is about 19kms away from Mohali. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Mansa Devi. This famous Hindu shrine is counted amongst the most prominent Shakti temples in northern India. The temple of the residing deity was constructed by Maharaja Gopal Singh of Mani Majra during 1811-1815.
  • Mohali Cricket Stadium, Mohali: The Stadium is also counted amongst some of the best places for the training of state cricket players, and formally known as the Punjab Cricket Association Stadium, is acclaimed as one of the largest cricket stadiums in the country. It established in the year 1993, this swanky cricket stadium boasts of world-class facilities including a large cricket practice and tournament ground and a seating capacity of 46,000 viewers.
  • Nabha Sahib, Mohali: It is situated in the Mohali district on the Patiala-Zirakpur Highway. It is believed that after the execution of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji, his mortal remains were picked up by Bhai Jaita from his cremation spot at the Anandpur Sahib.
  • Gurudwara Baoli Sahib, Mohali: It is a famous shrine located on the Zirakpur-Kalka Highway in Mohali. There is a popular belief that a descendant of Baba Gurditta Ji meditated at this site for many years.
  • Sukhna Lake, Mohali: It is located at the foothills of the Shivalik range in the town of Chandigarh. This manmade lake was created in the year 1958 by damming the Sukhna Choe stream that flows down from the Shivalik Hills. The serene atmosphere at Sukhna Lake makes it a recommended destination for picnic, boating and even meditation.
  • Gurudwara Puddha Sahib, Mohali: Is one of the popular Sikh shrines located near Mohali. Also known as Gobindgarh Sahib, this beautiful Gurdwara is associated with the renowned saint, Peer Puddhu Shah, who was a follower of Guru Gobind Singh Ji.
