Daman and Diu are the 2 separate areas divided by the Arabian Sea, is a union territory in west India. The Daman Ganga River flows through the coastal town of Daman. Diu is a small island and mainland village. The Fort of Moti Daman, Diu Fort and 16th-century churches reflect the territory’s past as a Portuguese colony. Moti Daman is famous for Basilica of Bom Jesus Church.

Ghoghla Beach: One of the most attractive places in Diu is the Ghoghla beach. Located in the north of Diu town with not many people, it catches the attention of the tourists who prefer to stay aloof and not with the crowd. With standard restaurants around the place along with water sports, this beach stands complete. Lesser tourists are the reason for a much cleaner Ghoghla beach compared to the other beaches in the town.

Naida Caves, Diu: he Naida caves are located on the periphery of the Diu fort. These caves have a big network of tunnels with square hewn steps.

Nagoa Beach: The most beautiful and famous beach of Diu is Nagoa Beach. Famous for its pristine beauty and swaying palm trees, it is an ideal and most recommended place for tourists all over the world. The beach is located in the Nagoa hamlet of Bucharwada village and serves an attraction for its Hoka trees which produces a unique kind of fruit. It is very much known for its water sports along with camel or pony riding. Sunbathing can turn out to be the most intoxicating experience. Shops and restaurants act as refreshments which are one of its kind.

Diu Fort: The Fort of Diu is a colossal structure that occupies a prominent place on the tourist's list. It was constructed between 1535 and 1541 AD after a defence alliance, concluded by the Bahadur Shah, Sultan of Gujarat, and the Portuguese when Humayun, the Mughal Emperor undertook war to annex this territory. The lighthouse is Diu's highest point, with a beam whose radius reaches 32 km.

Sunset Point: A beautiful hillock located near the Chakritirath beach in Diu, offers its visitors a mesmerizing view of sunset from here. The hillock and the surrounding areas have been beautifully landscaped and illuminated. Chakratirth Beach is centrally located and contiguous to the Diu Town.

Zampa Gateway: The Zampa Gateway is another attraction. It is a major landmark of Diu and is carved with dedicated angels, lions and a priest. An artificial waterfall adds to its beauty.

INS Khukri Memorial, Diu: INS Khukri Memorial is the memorial site of an Indian Naval Ship that sank during the Indo-Pak War of 1971.This spot is located on the INS Khukri Road and is quite popular among both locals and tourists.
