Arrive at Queen Alia International Airport, and transfer to your pre-booked hotel. On arrival check-in to the hotel, relax. We will visit the ruined city of Jerash. Later we will explore the Citadel, Umayyad Palace, the Byzantine Church and the 6,000 seat Roman theatre.
Overnight stay in Amman.
We will head off to explore the ancient Nabatean city of Petra, after breakfast. This city sits on the lap of canyons and hills on the edge of Wabi Aruba. Be amazed with the freestanding structures and enter through Siq (the gateway to the site). You will get to see some impressive parts of the city such as the Khazneh (Treasury), Roman amphitheatre, colonnaded streets and the Monastery. After the exciting day of exploration and many pictures as memories.
We will have an overnight stay in Petra.
This morning after having breakfast we will drive back to Amman to board a flight to enter Israel. Arrive at Ben Gurion International Airport, and transfer to Tiberias. On arrival check-in to the hotel,and head out to visit Mount of Beatitudes, Capernaum and Tabgha- where it is believed that multiplication of bread took place. Later pay a quick visit to the Church of the Primacy of Saint Peter and a visit to Yardenit overlooking the serenity of river Jordan. After this, you will visit Muhraqa, also known as the Place of Burning.
Overnight stay in Tiberias.
After scrumptious breakfast we will head off to the city of Nazareth and visit the Basilica of the Annunciation, Rosh HaNikra and spend some time at the coast of Mediterranean Sea. Later we will visit the medieval Crusaders City, Citadel, Crusader Tunnel, Akko harbour, etc. in Acre. Caesarea will be our last stop to see in the vicinity.
Overnight stay in Bethlehem.
After breakfast, we will head off to Jerusalem and we will visit Western Wall, Church of the Holy Sepulchre, Dome of the Rock, Christian and Jewish Quarters. Later explore the colorful lanes of Mahane Yehuda Market. It is the largest market in the city. Rest of the day is for you to explore on your own.
Overnight stay in Jerusalem.
This morning after breakfast, we will visit Mount of Temptation, where Satan tempted Jesus. We will cross through the Judean hills to Qumran Caves, where the Dead Sea scrolls were found and enjoy a cable car to Masada and see the ruins of a desert fortress. Later we will drive to Taba, our gateway to Egypt.
Overnight stay in Taba.
Today after breakfast, spend your morning exploring a few sites such as Mt. Sinai, St. Katherine Monastery, Moses Well, and Burning Bush. Thereafter, we will get transferred to Cairo. En route visit the places of Elim and Rephidim. We will cross through Ahmed Hamdi Tunnel below the famous Suez Canal as we enter ancient Egypt.
After arrival, overnight stay in a hotel.
After breakfast we will head off for a day excursion to see the pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx. Click quite a few pictures of the Sphinx and Pyramids capturing their massiveness. Later we will drive to Saqqara and Memphis. In the evening enjoy sunset cruise on the river Nile.
Return back for the overnight stay in Cairo.
Trip ends with check out at predefined time.
