Day 1 Arrive Chennai (By flight)

Arrive at Chennai International Airport, and transfer to your pre booked hotel. On arrival check-in to the hotel & relax. Visit Kapaleeshwarar Temple and Fort St. George, Later, you may choose to explore the amenities of the hotel or unwind at Marina beach on your own.

Overnight stay in Chennai. 

Day 2 Chennai – Tirupati (Approx. 4.5 hours drive)

Kickstart your day with a delicious hot breakfast and proceed for Tirupati. Enroute visit Kanchi Kamakshi Amman Temple, Ekambareshwar Temple & Kailasanathar Temple. After visiting Vellore Sripuram Golden Temple, continue your drive to Tirupati. On arrival, check into the hotel and have a restful night.

Day 3 Tirupati – Mahabalipuram (Approx. 5.5 hours drive)

Wake up early for Tirupati Balaji Darshan. After Darshan, return to the hotel and have breakfast. Check out thereafter and proceed to visit Tiruchanoor Padmavathi Devi Temple and Sri Kalahasteeswara Temple. Later, continue your journey to Mahabalipuram. As you arrive in Mahabalipuram, check into the hotel and relax. You are free to explore the city on your own.

Day 4 Mahabalipuram – Puducherry (Approx. 02 hours drive)

Enjoy a hot breakfast and start your full day of sightseeing. Check out the hotel and drive to Mahabalipuram Shore Temple, Beach, Cave Temple, Krishna’s Butter Ball & Five Ratha's. After a splendid day of sightseeing, in the evening drive to Puducherry.

Day 5 Puducherry

This morning after breakfast, visit Auroville and Matri Mandir. You will also explore Aurobindo Ashram, Manakula Vinayagar Temple, Paradise Beach and Chunnambar Boat House. Rest of the time is for leisure.

Day 6 Puducherry – Velankanni (Approx. 06 hours drive)

Enjoy a delectable breakfast at the hotel to start the day. Prepare to check out and visit the French colonies before driving to Velankanni. Also, visit the Nataraja Temple in Chidambaram. The Velankanni Church, also known as the Basilica Church of Our Lady of Good Health, is revered and regarded as a place where miracles can occur. People from all over the world, as well as from other areas of India, attend the Velankanni Church’s yearly feast. Once you have arrived in Velankanni, check into the hotel and proceed to visit the church. Rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 7 Velankanni – Thanjavur (Approx. 03 hours drive)

Day 8 Thanjavur – Madurai (Approx. 3.5 hours drive)

Check out of the hotel after breakfast and drive to Madurai. Once you arrive in Madurai, check into the hotel and head out to visit its beautiful temples, palaces and rich history. Explore the Hall of Thousand Pillars, Thirumalai Nayakkar Palace and Temple and spend the rest of the day admiring the beauty of Sri Meenakshi Amman Temple.

Day 9 Madurai – Periyar (Approx. 04 hours drive)

Today after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Periyar to go to Periyar National Park which is a renowned tiger and elephant reserve which is located at Idukki districts and Pathanamthitta in Kerala. Check into a jungle lodge. In the evening, enjoy bird watching while boat riding on the Periyar Lake where you can spot both resident and migratory birds.

Day 10 Periyar – Kumarakom (Approx. 3.5 hours drive)

Today after breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Kumarakom. Check-in at pre-booked backwater resort. Later visit Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, protected by a thick cluster of mangroves, the bird sanctuary spread across 14 acres and home to over 180 species of birds. You may also take some adventure activities like water skiing and wind sailing.

Day 11 Kumarakom – Alleppey (Approx. 01 hour drive)

After Breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Alleppey. On arrival check in to the AC Houseboat. Tour Highlights will be Houseboat on the backwater. Rest of the time is for leisure.

Day 12 Alleppey – Cochin/Fort Kochi (Approx. 2.5 hours drive)

After Breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Cochin. On reaching Cochin, check-in to your pre-booked Hotel and take a short break. Later, you will be taken for Cochin local sightseeing. Which includes Dutch Palace, Koonan Kurishu Shrine which is a small chapel, Jewish Synagogue Fort Kochi, St Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica. Spend the evening enjoying the Kathakali dance performance.

Day 13 Departure Day

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and drive to Cochin Airport for your onward flight to your home or to the next destination with the memories and a sheer magic that this South India Tour radiates.
