Tour Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive Delhi (By flight)

Arrive at Delhi International Airport, and transfer to your pre booked hotel. On arrival check-in to the hotel & relax. Spend the rest of the day in leisure.
 
Overnight stay in Delhi.
 

Day 2 Delhi

This morning after breakfast, visit Old Delhi. Walk through the lanes to make your way to the spice market, Sikh temple Sheeshganj and Jama Masjid. Later drive past Lutyens Delhi and then visit Lotus temple, a worship place of Bahai Faith.

After a wonderful day, return back to the hotel.

Overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 3 Delhi – Agra (Approx. 03 hours drive)

In the morning, you will be taken to Agra, the former capital of the Mughal Empire.
Visit the majestic Agra Fort, which is situated on the Yamuna River, after lunch.
 
After that, you will go to Mehtab Bagh to see the Taj Mahal at sunset.
 
Stay for the night in Agra.
 

Day 4 Agra – Jaipur (Approx. 05 hours drive)

Early in the morning, travel from Agra to Jaipur. Enroute explore the abandoned former capital of the Mughals- Fatehpur Sikri. After arrival in Jaipur, take a brief rest before seeing the less-visited Nahargarh Fort in the late afternoon. It was first constructed to strengthen the city’s defences but later evolved into the royal family’s summer residence.

Day 5 Jaipur

Begin your exploration of the ‘Pink City’ at the picturesque Amber Fort. Time-travel to the mighty dynasty. Be mesmerised by the Sheesh Mahal’s corridor with its ornate pillars, beautiful wall designs, and sparkling mirrors. Continue to explore Jaipur’s City Palace in the afternoon. The numerous exhibits will show what a Maharaja’s life in Jaipur was like. Then take a trip to Jantar Mantar. Be astounded by the ancient Indians' sage advice. Lastly, on the way back, make a stop at the Hawa Mahal. Take some fantastic photos of this icon of ‘Pink City’.

Day 6 Jaipur – Varanasi (By flight)

After breakfast, depart for Varanasi. On arrival at the airport, our representative will
assist you with transfer to the hotel and checking in. After some relaxation, proceed
for the sightseeing tour. You will visit Tulsi Manas Temple, Sankat Mochan Temple,
Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Bharat Mata Temple. In the evening, you will walk
through the lanes of the old city market making your way to the ghat and witness the
grand evening aarti ceremony of the sacred river- The Ganges. Return to the hotel.

Day 7 Varanasi – Sarnath – Varanasi

Wake up before sunrise to go on a board ride and view sunrise as the morning aarti is performed at the ghats. Immerse in the spiritual vibe and marvel at the beauty of sunrise. Return to the hotel and enjoy a hot breakfast. Later, head off for an excursion to Sarnath. You will visit the famous Buddhist Stupa, Museum, Monastery and the deer park. Once you arrive back in Varanasi, spend the rest of the day as you may like, or unwind in the comforts of the hotel.

Day 8 Varanasi – Bodhgaya (Approx. 06 hours drive)

Get up early, enjoy a delicious breakfast, then finish the hotel check-out procedures. Your journey to Bodhgaya would be made in a luxurious vehicle. At the dhabas or restaurants along the roadway, indulge in some local cuisine. Once there, finish the hotel check-in procedures at Bodhgaya. Finally, go to your room and relax.

Day 9 Bodhgaya

This day is set for sightseeing in and around Bodhgaya. Go to Rajgir first, where Lord Buddha lived for 12 years after achieving Nirvana. Visit the Mahabodhi Temple, Nalanda and Sapta Pari Caves as well. After that, return to your hotel and settle down for a restful night's sleep.

Day 10 Bodhgaya – Vaishali – Kushinagar (Approx. 08 hours drive)

You will travel to Vaishali, an important Buddhist site, today. According to legends and Buddhists, it is the same location where Lord Buddha gave his last lecture and attained Parinirvana. Get ready to tour Chaumukhi, Ashok Pillar, and Lotus Tank after that. Continue on your drive to Kushinagar after that. Once you've arrived at the Kushinagar hotel, check in and relax in your accommodation.

Day 11 Kushinagar

After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, get ready for a full day of Kushinagar sightseeing. Start at the 6 metre long Buddha statue in the Mahaparinirvana Temple. Then, to learn more about Buddhism, go to the prayers at the Japanese and Sri Lankan monasteries. Later, get back to the hotel to unwind and go to bed.

Day 12 Kushinagar – Lumbini (Approx. 04 hours drive)

This morning after breakfast, check out and prepare to drive to Lumbini. Cross the India-Nepal border and check into the hotel after arrival. Relax for sometime and then visit the Maya Devi Temple- considered to be the birthplace of Lord Buddha.

Day 13 Lumbini – Balrampur (Approx. 03 hours drive)

It is set aside for the journey to Balrampur. Take a break at the Sravasti while travelling. The historic village of Sravasti is now desolate and surrounded by ruins. Go to the Jetavana Monastery. Later, keep driving to Balrampur. Once there, settle in, have dinner, and then unwind with a good night's sleep.

Day 14 Balrampur – Lucknow (Approx. 05 hours drive)

After finishing the check-out procedures, depart Balrampur after breakfast and travel in comfort to Lucknow. After arriving in Lucknow, finish the check-in procedures and retire for a restful night's sleep.

Day 15 Lucknow – Delhi (By flight)

Enjoy the traditional Lucknow food this morning and experience what it's like to be a "Nawab" for a day. Discover the top attractions in Lucknow. Explore the Bhul-bhulaiya and Bowli of Bada Imambara to begin your exploration. After that, visit the Chota Imambara and Rumi Darwaza to admire the best examples of Awadhi architecture. After finishing your sightseeing in Lucknow, you will be taken to the airport or train station to board your flight to Delhi.
 
On arrival at Delhi airport, continue your journey back home or to the next destination with blissful memories of this tour.
