Overview

‘Diu With Holy Dwarka and Somnath’ is one of the best itineraries to know about the temples of Gujarat with Diu. One can visit the Arti at Dwarakadheesh and Somnath Temple. Diu is famous for its ancient Portugal Cathedral along with their culture as once the cities were dominated by the Portuguese. It is also known as a fishing town. Tour Itinerary

Day 1 Dwarka (Arrival)

Arrival in Dwarka, and transfer to your pre booked hotel. After freshen up visit the Nageshwar Jyotirlinga Temple and Gopi temple. Later take a ferry boat ride to the holy Island of Bet Dwarka. On the way, visit the Rukmani Temple and partake in the evening Aarti at Dwarakadheesh Temple.

Day 2 Dwarka –Porbandar (About 105 kms)– Somnath (About 128 kms)

Today after breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Somnath en-route visit Porbandar, the birth place of Mahatma Gandhi. Check in to your pre booked hotel on arrival at Somnath. Later go to visit the Somnath Temple, where you can also attend the evening aarti or see the Sound and Light Show.

Day 3 Somnath - Diu (About 85 Kilometres)

Today after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Diu. Check into your pre booked hotel on arrival at Diu. Evening is free for leisure or visit the Nagoya Beach.

Day 4 Diu

Today after breakfast, go for a sightseeing tour of Diu including Nagoa Beach, St. Paul’s Church, Diu Museum, Diu Fort. Watersports include Para Sailing, water skiing, water scooter, Family boat and speedboats are on offer at Ahmadpur Mandvi beach. Return back to the hotel in the evening after the sightseeing.

Day 5 Diu – Mumbai (By Flight)
