Overview

‘Splendid Diu with Velavador’ is one of the best itineraries to know about Velavadar and Diu. Velavadar is famous for Black Buck National Park located at the Bhavnagar - Ahmedabad highway. Diu is famous for its ancient Portugal Cathedral along with their culture as once the cities were dominated by the Portuguese. It is also known as a fishing town. During this tour you will also visit Palitana an important pilgrimage site for Jainism, comprising of approximately 800 Jain Temples which is located on Shatrunjaya Hill. You can reach there to take 3000 steps to climb up the hills. The duration of the tour is 03 Nights and 04 Days.

Tour Itinerary

Day 1 Bhavnagar (Arrive)- Velavadar (About 50 Kilometres)

Arrival at Bhavnagar, and drive to Velvadar famous for Blackbuck National Park. Check in to your pre booked Lodge on arrival at Velavadar. Later enjoy the Safari at Blackbuck National Park. Return to the lodge after visit.

Overnight stay at Velavadar.

Day 2 Velavadar – Diu via Palitana (About 250 Kilometres)

Today after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Diu. On the way visit Palitana. Continue drive to Diu after the visit. Check into your pre booked hotel on arrival at Diu. Evening visit to the Nagoa beach.

Day 3 Diu

Today after breakfast, go for a sightseeing tour of Diu including St. Pauls Church, Diu Museum, Diu Fort. Water sports include Para Sailing, water skiing, water scooter, Family boat and speedboats are on offer at Ahmadpur Mandvi beach. Return to the hotel in the evening after the sightseeing.

Day 4 Diu–Mumbai (By Flight)
