Day 1 Arrival at Delhi (By flight)
On your arrival at New Delhi International Airport, our representative will traditionally welcome (Swagat) you and assist you in check-in to your pre booked hotel. Relax for a day after a long flight and prepare for the further trip. Here you have successfully completed your first day of Sacred India Tour.

Day 2 Old Delhi and New Delhi sightseeing
After Breakfast, you will be escorted by our professional Tour guide and will be taken for the sight-seeing of Old and New Delhi. Today’s highlights will be Redfort, Jama Masjid, Humayun’s Tomb, Lotus Temple and Qutub Minar. You tour will start from the Old Delhi and will end at New Delhi. Delhi has two different faces the “old” and the “new” and each of her face will give you a complete different experience. New Delhi offers you Modern Architecture, Luxury Hotels, classy café’s, bars and business centers. On the other side, the face of Old Delhi offers you splendid history of Delhi which served as the capital of Islamic India. At the end of the tour return to your Hotel and relax. Here you have successfully completed your second day of Sacred India Tour.

Overnight at Delhi
Day 3 Delhi – Haridwar – Rishikesh (Approx 240 Kms)
After Breakfast, check-out from the Hotel and drive to Rishikesh. En-route we will visit Haridwar which is the first step to enter the state of Uttrakhand (Land of Gods). In Haridwar, we will visit Har Ki Pauri (Steps reaching God). It is believed that visit to Haridwar is not completed if you have not visited Har Ki Pauri. It is a precise spot where holy river Ganges leaves the mountains and enters in the plains. Bharat Mata Mandir is a religious shrine dedicated to Mother India by her devoted patriotic nationals. Sapt Rishi Ashram is a well preserved compound with several rooms to stay. It also has a Sanskrit school within the complex for poor children. Later we will proceed to Rishikesh. On your arrival at Rishikesh, check-in at your pre-reserved Hotel and freshen-up. After freshen-up, you will be escorted by our Tour Guide and will be taken to the Triveni Ghat to attend the Evening Aarti (Prayer). Here you will you will see thousands of devotees attending evening prayers by flaming oil lamps in worship of River Ganges. Watching this beautiful ceremony which is accompanied by lights, drums and chanting, the entire Ghat (Banks of River Ganges) lit with oil lamps floating on the river.
At the end of the tour, return to your Hotel and relax. Here you have successfully completed your third day of Sacred India Tour.

Overnight at Rishikesh
Day 4 Rishikesh - Haridwar - Varanasi (By train)
After Breakfast, you will be escorted by our Tour Guide and will be taken for Rishikesh Sightseeing. Today’s attractions will be Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, Swarga Ashram and Neelkanth Mahadev Temple. Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula are iron suspension bridges and connect two sides of the holy river Ganges for the purpose of commutation. Swarg Ashram is a beautiful spiritual shrine located in Rishikesh at the foothills of Himalayas. From Ages, famous Saints, Mahatma’s have been doing meditation here. Neelkanth Temple in Rishikesh is amongst top sacred worship places in the Hinduism. It is located on a hill which is above Swarg Ashram and the spot of the temple is magnificent as it is surrounded by mountains.
At the end of the tour, return to Haridwar and enjoy your lunch at a nice Indian restaurant before heading to train station for your train to Varanasi. After Lunch, board your train and depart from Varanasi. Here you have successfully completed your fourth day of Sacred India Tour.

Day 5 Varanasi (Sightseeing)
On your arrival at Varanasi Railway Station, you will be picked up by Trip India representative and will be taken to your pre-reserved Hotel. Check-in at your Hotel and relax. Later, you will be escorted by our Tour Guide and will proceed for Varanasi sightseeing. Today’s tour highlights will be Temple Visits, Dhamek Stupa, Mulagandha Kuti Vihar, Ashoka Pillar, Sarnath Museum and Evening Aarti (Prayer). Many old and famous temples are located at Ghats (River Bank) which has religious value of the holy river Ganges. Later we will proceed for an excursion tour to Dhamek Stupa, Mulagandha Kuti Vihar, Ashoka Pillar and Sarnath Museum. In the afternoon, enjoy your lunch at a nice Indian restaurant and proceed for further sightseeing. During evening you will be taken for Evening Aarti (Prayer) which is performed at the bank of river Ganges. Here you will witness numerous devotees attending evening prayers by flaming oil lamps in worship of River Ganges and the entire Ghat (Banks of River Ganges) lit with oil lamps floating on the river. You can also observe Saints following meditation or other rituals at the Ghat. At the end of the tour, return to your Hotel and relax. Day 6 Varanasi - Khajuraho (By Flight)
After Breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfers to the Varanasi airport to board your onward flight to Khajuraho. On your arrival at Khajuraho Airport, you will be picked up by Trip India representative and will be taken to your pre-reserved Hotel. Check-in at the Hotel and freshen-up. After Lunch, you will be escorted by our Tour Guide and will be taken for the sightseeing of Khajuraho. Today’s tour highlights will be Temples Tour (Lakshmana Temple, Kandariya Mahadev Temple, Devi Jagdambi Temple, Khajuraho Temple and Chatrubhuj Temple). At the end of the tour, return to your Hotel and relax. Here you have successfully completed your sixth day of Sacred India Tour.

Day 7 Khajuraho – Orchha (200 kms approx) - Jhansi Railway Station - Agra (By train)
After Breakfast, check-out from the Hotel and further drive towards Jhansi. En-route we will visit Orchha for the sightseeing and will visit the famous attraction of Orchha such as Sri Laxmi Narayan Temple, Jehangir Mahal, Orchha Fort, Ram Raja Temple and Chhatris Cenotaphs. At the end of the tour you will be transferred to Jhansi Train Station for your onward journey to Agra. On arrival at Agra Train Station, you will be picked-up by Trip India representative and will be taken to your pre-reserved Hotel. Check-in at the Hotel and relax. Day 8 Agra Sightseeing
After Breakfast, you will be escorted by our Tour Guide for the local sightseeing of Agra. Today’s Tour Highlights will be Taj Mahal, Agra Fort & Itmad-ud-Daula Fort.
Taj Mahal: Visit the most beautiful monument of India and one of the Seven Wonders of the World, The Taj Mahal. It was built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. The Taj Mahal is a must sight-seeing for all visitors to India and one of the most beautiful architectural achievements in the world. It is considered to be a symbol of enduring love. Taj Mahal is made up of opulent white marble and is a symbol of sentiments, purity and simplicity. This is the only monuments which has touched the hearts of people from all corners of the world.
Important Note: Taj Mahal remains closed in every Friday
Agra Fort: After lunch we will proceed for Agra Fort. This fort was constructed by Emperor Akbar in 1565 A.D and it includes much other architecture like the Moti Masjid and Musanman Burj. It is believed that Shah Jahan was imprisoned and died here.
Itmad-ud-Daula Fort: Itmad-ud-Daula Fort also sometimes described as Jewel box and is a Mughal mausoleum located in the city of Agra. It is also famous with another name Baby Taj as it is often regarded as a draft of the TajMahal.
Later visit the local market to experience the fine Marble Art work which is still being done in Agra by the descendants of the families of builders and artists of the Taj Mahal.

Overnight at Agra
Day 9 Agra – Jaipur via Fateh Pur Sikri (Approx 250 Kms)
After Breakfast, check-out from the Hotel and further drive to Jaipur. En-route we will visit Fatehpur Sikri.
Fatehpur Sikri is a fascinating ghost city and it was built in the 16th century. It is located at a distance of 37kms from Agra City. Mughal Emperor Akbar, at the age of 26 years did not have a successor and founded this historical site, Fatehpur Sikri. He went to a saint called Shaikh Salim Chishti who used to live in a city called Sikri. His blessing gave Akbar 3 sons. In return as a gesture, Akbar built a whole new city in Sikri. Akbar named this new capital Fatehpur Sikri or the City of Victory. Fatehpur Sikri is one of the finest examples of Mughal architectural splendor.
Later we will further drive to Jaipur. On your arrival at Jaipur, check-in at your pre-reserved Hotel and freshen-up. After Lunch, you will be escorted by our Tour Guide for the local sightseeing of Jaipur. Today’s tour highlights will be City Palace and Jantar Mantar. Day 10 Jaipur Sightseeing
After Breakfast, you will be escorted by our Tour Guide and will be taken for Jaipur sightseeing. Today’s highlights will be Amber Fort, Hawa Mahal, Jal Mahal and Laxminarayan Temple. In the afternoon take a short break for your Lunch at a Restaurant and continue for the rest of the sightseeing.

Overnight at Jaipur
Day 11 Jaipur – Pushkar via Ajmer (Approx 150 Kms)
After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and further drive to Pushkar. En-route we will visit Ajmer Sharif.
Ajmer Sharif: Ajmer Sharif is a respected shrine of Saint Moinuddin Chishti located at Ajmer. The shrine has the grave of the honored Saint Moinuddin Chishti. Ajmer city is surrounded by the Aravalli Hills. It is a pilgrimage centre for the shrine of the Sufi Saint Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti and is also the base station for visiting Pushkar.
Drive further to Pushkar. On your arrival at Pushkar, check-in to your pre-reserved Hotel and freshen-up. Later you will be escorted by our Tour Guide and will be taken for local sightseeing of Pushkar.
Pushkar Lake: According to Hindu mythology, Lord Brahma is the creator of the Universe and Lotus is the birth place of Lord Brahma. It is believed that at the time when Universe was created, a Lotus flower sprang from the navel of Lord Vishnu (One of the Trinity Gods) and gave birth to Lord Brahma. Then Lord Brahma had thrown this Lotus to select a suitable spot. Lotus struck at this particular place of Pushkar and water came out from the flower and gave it a shape of holy Pushkar Lake which is till date is valued as a pilgrimage place for Hindus. Apart from pilgrims thousands of foreign travelers also visit Pushkar to take a Holy bath in this sacred Lake.
Brahma Temple: It is an important pilgrimage place for the Hindus and is located in the Pushkar. This is the only temple dedicated to Lord Brahma in India. This place is filled with natural beauty and it holds and has special existence in the hearts of Hindus. The surroundings of the Temple are breathtaking beautiful with and is surrounded by Aravalli Hills.
Pushkar Fair is famous across the Globe and thousands of Domestic & International devotees or travelers visit Pushkar on this occasion. If you are lucky to be in Pushkar between 30th October – 6th November 2014 then you can also become a part of this world famous Pushkar Fair.

Ranakpur Temple is world famous temple as it is amongst five most important shrines for Jain religion in India. This bravura holy temple is made up of light colored marble. This temple dates back to the 15th Century and is famed for its unique architecture. Later, we will further drive to Kumbhalgarh and here we will visit the Kumbhalgarh Fort and Wildlife Sanctuary.
