Tour Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive Delhi (By flight)

Arrive at Delhi International Airport, and our representative will greet you. He will assist you with a transfer to the hotel. On arrival at the hotel, check in and wash away your fatigue from travel with some rest. Later, go on to explore Old Delhi. Visit Sheeshganj Sikh Temple, Chandni Chowk, Jama Masjid and Spice Market. Return to your hotel.

Overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 2 Delhi – Agra (Approx. 03 hours drive)

After Breakfast, check-out from the Hotel and drive to Agra. En-route we will visit Sikandra. Continue to drive to Agra. On your arrival at Agra, check-in at your pre-reserved Hotel and take a short break here. After lunch you will be escorted by our guide and will be taken for Agra sightseeing. Tour Highlights will be Agra Fort and Itmad- ud-Daula’s Tomb. After an eventful day, return to your hotel and relax. Spend the night at the hotel.

Day 3 Agra – Fatehpur Sikri – Jaipur (Approx. 06 hours drive)

Early morning check-out from the Hotel. Then you will be escorted by our Tour guide and will proceed for the morning view of Taj Mahal. Today’s tour highlights will be Taj Mahal and Local Market.
 
Taj Mahal: Visit the most beautiful monument of India and one of the Seven Wonders of the World, The Taj Mahal. It was built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. After visiting Taj Mahal, we will take a short break for Lunch and then visit the local market to experience the fine Marble Art work which is still being done in Agra by the descendants of the families of builders and artists of the Taj Mahal.
 
Later, transfer to Jaipur. En route, explore the abandoned former capital of the Mughals- Fatehpur Sikri. On your arrival in Jaipur, check-in at your Hotel and relax. You are free to explore on your own.

Day 4 Jaipur

After Breakfast, you will be escorted by our Tour Guide and will be taken for Jaipur sightseeing. Today’s highlights will be Amber Fort, Hawa Mahal, Jal Mahal and Laxminarayan Temple. In the afternoon take a short break for your lunch at a Restaurant and continue for the rest of the sightseeing. At the end of the tour return to your hotel and spend the night in the comforts of the hotel.

Day 5 Jaipur – Dehradun – Rishikesh (By flight and approx. 01 hour drive)

Have breakfast, visit the City Palace and then proceed to the airport. Board a flight to Dehradun. On arrival in Dehradun, you will be assisted with a transfer to Rishikesh. Check into the hotel and spend the night in comfort.

Day 6 Rishikesh

After breakfast this morning, head out for the sightseeing tour of Rishikesh. We will see two parts of the city, separated by the Ganges, connected by the famous Lakshman Jhoola- a suspension bridge. We will visit the temples of Bharat Mandir (Bharat Mandir) - the oldest temple in the city, which is dedicated to the God Vishnu and the temple of Nilkant Mahadev- built on the spot where Shiva drank a poison that threatened to destroy all life on earth. In the evening we will participate in the Ganga Aarti ceremony- this is a daily ritual of worshipping the Goddess Ganges, usually held at sunset on the banks of the sacred river.

Day 7 Rishikesh – Haridwar – Delhi

Enjoy a hearty breakfast before checking out. Proceed towards Haridwar and visit Mansa Devi Temple. Later, drive to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi, check into the hotel and relax.

Day 8 Delhi – Chandigarh (By train)

This morning, wake up early to check out and transfer to the railway station. Board an air conditioned chair car train to Chandigarh. Enjoy breakfast onboard. On arrival, check in and head out to explore the fascinating Rock Gardens. Be amazed at the creativity of the artist and founder Nek Chand. Rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 9 Chandigarh – Kalka – Shimla (Approx. 1 hour drive & Toy train ride)

After enjoying a sumptuous breakfast, pack your bags and check out. You will be transported to Kalka railway station. Here you will board the famous Himalayan Toy Train (Enlisted a UNESCO World Heritage). As you ride on the train, witness the beautiful Shivalik range of Himalayas and cover approximately 96 kilometres to arrive in Shimla. On arrival in Shimla, our representative will meet and greet you and assist in checking into the hotel. In the evening, spend time exploring the local market area- Mall Road and the Christ Church. Spend the night in the comfort of the hotel.

Day 10 Shimla – Kufri – Shimla

Wake up refreshed after a tiring yesterday and enjoy a hot breakfast. Thereafter, proceed for a full day excursion to Kufri- another neighbouring hill station. You will also visit Viceregal Lodge before making your way to Kufri. Enjoy your day and return back to Shimla hotel in the evening. Rest of the time is free for leisure.

Day 11 Shimla – Manali (Approx. 08 hours drive)

Early in the morning, have breakfast and prepare for a fairly long drive to Manali. You will stop by Kullu for some lovely pictures by river Beas. On arrival in Manali, check into the hotel and unwind.

Day 12 Manali

Today after breakfast, we will proceed to visit the Hadimba Temple, Old Manali, Manu Temple and the very impressive Rohtang Pass. The day is filled with activities of so much thrill and excitement. Walk through the pine trees, play on snow, witness old architecture and lose yourself in the lap of nature.

Note: Rohtang Pass is not open for visits during winters. Visit to Rohtang Pass will depend on the weather and permission of Local authorities.
 

Day 13 Manali – Naggar – Manikaran – Manali

Post breakfast, you will be enjoying a full day excursion to Naggar and Manikaran. At Naggar, visit the castle and temple. Notice the intricate designs on wood all across the castle. Continue to Manikaran- a revered Sikh temple surrounded by natural springs of hot & cold water. Return to Manali hotel.

Day 14 Manali – Dharamshala (Approx. 07 hours drive)

We will check out of the hotel after breakfast and drive to McLeod Ganj- also known as Upper Dharamshala. En route, you will visit the Norbulingka Institute and Museum along with a photo stop at Dharamshala Stadium- famous for its views. On arrival in McLeod Ganj, check into the hotel and relax. Rest of the time is free for you to explore this place on your own.

Day 15 McLeod Ganj – Dharamkot – McLeod Ganj

This morning after breakfast, visit Bhagsunag Temple and waterfall. Later, continue to a small but very lovely village of Dharamkot. Interact with the locals and fellow travellers, enjoy delicacies at the cafes. Thereafter you will visit H.H. Dalai Lama’s residence and monastery ending your day with a visit to St. John’s Church.

Overnight stay in McLeod Ganj.

Day 16 Departure Day

Enjoy a hearty breakfast and check out. Proceed to the airport and board a flight to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi, continue your journey back home or to your next destination as per schedule. Tour & Service Ends.
