Agra and Delhi Tour is a tour that covers two main destinations in a single trip. The tour can be best described as a visit to Delhi, Agra, while spoiling you in the luxury and comfort. Both these popular cities of India enjoy fame across the globe due to different reasons. The tour will start from Agra, the city that houses Taj Mahal, The World Heritage Sites and one of the Seven Wonders of the World which was built by Shah Jahan for his beloved wife Mumtaj. A day in Agra will let you know the secrets behind the popularity of the city. After the Agra tour, we will move to Delhi, the capital City of India. After exploring Mughal and colonial monuments in Delhi, you will also explore some amazing architectures in the capital. Best time to visit is from October to March.

Tour Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival Agra and Sightseeing

Tour Highlights: Taj mahal, Agra Fort, Itmad-ud-Daulah and Mehtabbagh.
 
Arrival at Agra and transfer to your hotel. After freshening up go for a full day city tour of Agra covering the places, Taj mahal, Agra Fort, Itmad-ud-Daulah and Mehtabbagh.
The Taj Mahal: Symbol of Love and one of the seven wonder of the world, the world famous monument "The Taj Mahal" built by the Mughal Emperor love by the Mughal Emperor Shan Jehan in the memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal.
 
  • Agra Fort: Agra Fort which was built by Emperor Akbar in 1565 though additions were continued to be made for a long time. Agra Fort is quite similar to the Red Fort in Delhi.
  • Itmad-ud-Daulah: Itmad-ud-Daulah (Baby Taj) - Tomb of I'timād-ud-Daulah a Tomb built by a Mughal empress for her Father.
  • Mehtabbagh: Mehtab Bagh situated opposite to Taj Mahal, on the other bank of the river Yamuna. It’s a photographer’s paradise to capture one of the best view of Taj Mahal.
  • Fatehpursikri: Visit Fatehpur Sikri which is 40 kms away from Agra.
 
In the Evening you will be dropped at your hotel. Overnight stay in Agra.

Day 2 Agra – Delhi (Old Delhi and New Delhi sightseeing)

Tour Highlights: Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat (Mahatma Gandhi Museum), Humayun’s Tomb, Lotus Temple and Qutub Minar
After breakfast, checkout from the hotel and drive to Delhi. On arrival check in to your hotel. Later you will be taken for the sight-seeing of Old and New Delhi.  Today’s highlights will be Red fort, Jama Masjid, Humayun’s Tomb, Lotus Temple and Qutub Minar.  You tour will start from the Old Delhi and will end at New Delhi.  Delhi has two different faces the “old” and the “new” and each of her face will give you a complete different experience.  New Delhi offers you Modern Architecture, Luxury Hotels, classy café’s and bars, business centers. On the other side, the face of Old Delhi offers you splendid history of Delhi which served as the capital of Islamic India.  At the end of the tour return to your hotel and relax. 
 
Overnight stay in Delhi.
 

Day 3 Delhi Departure

Today morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and drop you off at the airport for your onward journey.
