Overview

Amritsar is famous for the " The Golden Temple" which is a pilgrimage place for Sikhism. This Tour is designed with The Golden Temple with the sightseeing of Himalayas tourist places. First, we will take a tour towards the Golden temple which is in Amritsar. Taking the sightseeing of Amritsar, we will prepare for a hill top destination tour to Himachal Pradesh.  Himachal Pradesh has maximum tourist destination spot for travelers.  Himalaya is also known as "Abode of Snow". Mount Everest and Kanchenjunga are the two highest mountain peaks in the Himalaya range. It is said that it was a summer retreat for the Britishers. After completing the Himalaya tour, back to Delhi and transfer to the airport for departure for onward destination. Tour packages are planned and designed according to the tourist requirements. Best time to visit is throughout the year.

Tour Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival at Delhi – Shimla

Pick up from Delhi and leave for Shimla. Later, check in the hotel, and rest in afternoon and visit to snowcapped Shiwalik Mountains which offers some of the most stunning view of the mighty Himalayas.

Day 2 Shimla – Kufri – Shimla (15 Kms approx)

After Breakfast, Morning tour of Shimla - Kalbadevi Temple, Jakhu Temple, Hanuman Temple or stop for a while at the beautiful stained - glass - windows of Christ Church, which was built in the 1850 's. Afternoon excursion to Kufri a 30 Minutes’ drive from Shimla, an exotica of nature as a place surrounded by dense forest and snowcapped mountains amidst virgin peaks and natures flora and fauna where one can completely relax and tune oneself for natural beauty, evening free to enjoy the scenic beauty of Kufri. Also visit Fagu, Indira Gandhi Holiday Home and enjoy horse riding (optional) in the apple orchids.

Overnight stay in Shimla

Day 3 Shimla – Kullu – Manali (250 Kms approx)

After Breakfast drive to Manali (7-8 hr). Keep your cameras ready, there are many scenic spots as you pass by Kullu valley is surrounded by Shivalik Ranges of Himalayas (famous for Apple Trees), Sutlej River, Beas River, Dashehra Maidan, Shawl Factory of kullu etc.
 
Kullu Valley is the largest valley in the Kullu district. It is also known as the valley of the gods. Its pine and deodar forests, flower meadows, beautiful landscapes, and fruit orchards with cool breeze and enchanting bird songs. It is good place to visit for tourists, such as nature lovers, culture lovers, couples, honeymooners, adventure seekers, etc for their different purposes. It is very enjoyable place kids also. Kullu is also known for exquisite Handloom & Handicrafts. Exquisitely woven handmade shawls, caps, exquisite metal crafts and other art forms from Kullu are also very famous. In the spring Kullu is at its most colorful with pink blossoms and white flowers, and majestic pines and cedars in the forests is only the source of greenery. The deodar-fringed grassy huge Maidan called Dhalpur, is a stage for many colorful fairs. Arrive and transfer to hotel. Evening is free to explore various scenic sights or visit mall road (if time permits).

Day 4 Manali – Rohtang Pass – Manali (55 Kms Approx)

Morning after breakfast proceed for full day tour of Rohtang Pass - The majesty of the mountains and the glaciers can be seen at their best, you have next two hours to enjoy this snowy heaven. Take a sledge ride down the slopes, try your luck climbing the little snow hills. On your descents to Manali, halt at the Rahalla falls and Solang Valley. The Magnificent views and natural beauty are a never-ending source of delight. Also halt at Marhi, Ralha falls, Nehru Kund. Back to Manali hotel.

Day 5 Manali Local Sightseeing

After Breakfast, Morning proceed for a half day tour of Manali, it is famous for its peaceful and serene environment, view of snow-capped Himalayan mountain peaks, fruit orchards; architectural structures, temples, adventure sports and beautiful tourist attractions.It is such a good place for adventurers for skiing, mountaineering, hiking, rock-climbing, para-gliding, river rafting, trekking, kayaking, mountain biking, etc. Club house is the institute for advance training courses in trekking, mountaineering, skiing, and water sports. Religious tourist can also visit to Hadimba Devi Temple - built in the tranquil and serene woods, Manu Temple, Vashisth Hot Water Spring & Temple, Vashist Bath, Tibetan Monastery, and Roerich art Gallery. For the shopping, In the afternoon your half day tour of Naggar Castle and local Bazar.

Night stay in Manali

Day 6 Manali – Dharmshala (260 Kms Approx)

After Breakfast check out the hotel and drive to Dharamshala. On the arrival check in the hotel and take a rest. Later start visit Kangra fort, Brijeshwari Temple, Chamunda Temple, Palampur Tea Garden, Baijnath Temple.

Day 7 Dharmshala – Dalhousie (120 Kms Approx)

After breakfast visit Dalali Lamba Temple, Bhagsu nath temple. After lunch check out hotel. Depart for Dalhousie. On arrival check in Hotel. After fresh up visit Mall Road.

Day 8 Dalhousie – Khajjiar – Chamba – Dalhousie

After breakfast visit Kalatop, Khajjiar (India`s Mini Switzerland, a beautiful glade with the forest at its fringes.), Chamba (famous for Temples).

Day 9 Dalhousie – Amritsar (250 Kms Approx)

After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Amritsar. On arrival meet and greet by our local representative and then transfer to hotel for check in. Evening Start your city tour with the blessings of Golden Temple-the most important Sikh shrine which is also called Mecca for the Sikhs is a living symbol of the spiritual and historical traditions of the Sikhs, then visit Langar Hall (Free Kitchen) where thousands of people have their food every day and is run totally on donation and seva.

Day 10 Amritsar Departure

After breakfast check out from hotel drop off you at railway station / airport for your journey to home.
